Parking Notices

New for this coming parking year (effective 7/1/12) – you can now purchase your parking permit online via Campus Connect. Simply log in to Campus Connect and select ”Parking Permits Online” on the left side menu. You can pay with a credit card or payroll deduction (full time employees only). Additionally, ALL free Evening & Weekend permits must be obtained through this online application.

24 hour parking
Purchasers of the 24 hour permit will be allowed access into the Sheffield Garage and Clifton Parking Deck using their faculty/staff ID. Faculty and staff can park in any of the surface parking lots on campus. Parking permits can be purchased at the Payment Center located in SAC. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information. To print an application for a 24 hour faculty/staff permit, click here and return the completed form to the Payment Center.

Evening/Weekend parking
To obtain a free evening/weekend permit log in to Campus Connect, select "Parking Permits Online" on the left side menu, and follow the instructions. We will not accept paper applications for free permits. These permits are valid in all surface parking lots after 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day on weekends. Sanctuary Garage parking
A limited number of reserved spaces are available in the Sanctuary Garage for faculty, staff and students. All Sanctuary permits are sold on a first come basis through the Parking Office. The garage is accessible by using your DePaul ID and the entrance is located in the alley by Sanctuary Hall, between Sheffield and Kenmore. Lincoln Garage parking
A limited number of reserved spaces are available in the Lincoln Garage (2316 N. Lincoln Avenue) for faculty and staff. All Lincoln Garage permits are sold on a first come basis through the Parking Office. This permit is valid for parking ONLY in designated DePaul University spaces at the Lincoln garage, and in no other flat lots or garages. Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for more information. Payroll Deduction
All full-time DePaul employees can pay for their parking permit via payroll deduction. Payroll deductions will begin once the paperwork is processed through the Parking Services and Payroll offices. In order to participate in payroll deduction, please complete the Payroll Deduction Form and send it to Parking Services along with your 24 hour faculty/staff permit application.

Transportation and Parking Program
The DePaul University Parking Program offered by Human Resources will let you set aside pre-tax contributions for the subsequent reimbursement for travel expenses you incur while commuting to the University.
