  • My car was towed. What do I do?
    If your car was parked in a University parking lot and was towed contact Phillips Towing (312) 337-8330, 1168 N. Halsted. Any vehicle not displaying an authorized permit is subject to tow. If you were parked on a city street, contact 311 for assistance.

  • My car was vandalized. What do I do?
    Contact Public Safety at (773) 325-7777 to have a report done.

  • I forgot my permit. What do I do?
    Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275. They can issue a temporary permit for that day. If you park your vehicle in the parking lots you risk being towed.

  • My ID will not work in the garage. Who do I contact to fix it?
    Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275. They can check to see if the problem is with your ID or the reader.

  • Someone is parked in my assigned space in the Sanctuary garage. What do I do?
    Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275.

  • I lost my permit. How do I get another one?
    Go to the Parking Services office to complete a Lost/Stolen Permit form. The cost for a replacement permit is $20.00.

  • I am no longer working for the University and/or taking classes. Can I get a refund?
    Contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275 to determine if you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are not given for the summer quarters.
